In the spirit of serving Uganda with loyalty, integrity, and selfless devotion, a new generation of leaders is rising—and at the forefront stands Sebindire Kule, affectionately known as Captain Kule, a true patriot and gallant footsoldier of the Uganda Patriotic League (PLU).
From the mountains of Bundibugyo to the plains of Mbarara, from Kanungu to Masaka, from the heart of Kyenjojo to the strength of Kabale, Sebindire has carried the PLU flag high—mobilizing, inspiring, and igniting hope among the people. Side by side with the MK Medical Team, and under the guidance of revolutionary leaders like Hon. Daudi Kabanda, Hon. Michael Mawanda Maranga, and Mzee Nzaire Kaguta, Sebindire has proven himself to be a relentless champion for the movement and the motherland.
His footsteps in Bundibugyo District, his homeland, are marked with purpose—reviving the patriotic flame among the youth and calling the citizens to rise above politics of division and corruption. He speaks with the fire of a generation that refuses to inherit a broken system. In his words:
“We, the young patriots, must rise and lead. The old guard has betrayed the trust of Ugandans. They shout against the government, yet they are the architects of our suffering—corrupt, selfish, and disconnected from the people. We must restore dignity, order, and accountability in our leadership.”
With that passion in his heart and Uganda in his blood, Sebindire Kule has declared his intention to contest as District Councillor for Ntandi Town Council. His vision is clear—to serve the people with honor, transparency, and action rooted in the ideals of patriotism and national unity.
Sebindire has stood shoulder to shoulder with great men and women—Gen. Kale Kaihura, Sheikh Komugisha Kasiimu (Deputy RCC Nakawa), Minister of Youth Dr. Balaam Barugahare, among others. Wherever the PLU banner flies, Sebindire is not far behind—always boots on ground, always ready to serve, always loyal to the cause.
Uganda needs young, bold, and revolutionary minds. Sebindire Kule is not just asking for your vote—he is offering his life to the service of his people and his country.
Let the flag of Uganda fly higher. Let Bundibugyo rise. Let Ntandi be led by a true son of the soil.
